I booked a double room - clean and functional. Had a smart TV however no apps on it or option to download which was very disappointing. Only had access to handful of loval/ international channels plus some sports/news ones. Not ideal if you’re planning to chill at the hotel. Only thin sheets available which wasn’t the best as it can be a little frosty over night. No irons in the hotel - only dry clean service which I’ve never encountered fresh bottle of water daily. Facilities in the hotel were amazing. Gorgeous pool, Billiards space available. Multiple restaurants and bar areas. Multiple lounge spacing near the pools. Worth noting though quite a bit not included in all inclusive drinks package e.g mojito etc cocktails not available at main restaurant - only tap wine, sangria and beer. Food let hotel down, even for an all inclusive it was really bad at times. Breakfast was good but lunch was consistently not up to par. Dinner service had some choice. Easy to get by. Staff were the shining factor for my stay. All very busy but so happy to help. All had a smile on entire time, made me feel very welcomed especially as a female solo traveller. Felt very safe at the hotel. Good value for money. I would return. Also bus stop is less than 10 minutes walk - very good transport links you can get bus to/from airport for 6 euros!

Beautiful hotel, room was small but acceptable, lovely area. Make sure you visit Mogan! But, the food and especially the cleanliness is terrible. The food is very repetitive, and they have no food safety standards. At the fry stations, they use the same utensils to put raw meat and fish on the fryer that they use to serve the cooked food to the guest. you are basically eating raw food. Also, the plates are grimy. Feel them when you pick them up and they feel like sand paper with food stuck to them. Good luck finding a clean one. The glasses at the self serve stations are not clean. There are coffee grounds stuck to them and brown liquid dripping off them. When I showed them to customer service, they took pictures of them and said they would 'report it', but 6 hours later, they were still there. They don't care about your safety. They claim that the food services are contracted out, but that's their problem, you pay for a quality that is not there. I and my wife and daughter all got extremely sick. They say that norovirus was going around, and that was likely what I got, but my wife and daughter's symptoms were different and we feel that was from the food. In their favour, (why they got 2 stars) was they seemed to be doing some extra cleaning in the lobby when we left, but too late. They knew the virus was going around, but were not taking any steps right away. I'm sure there are better resorts, I would avoid this one!

Beautiful hotel in very quiet location .

Amazing hotel for relaxing holiday , make sure you book essential all inclusive, it will give you access to a different restaurant to have breakfast and dinner , food was delish , great choice and good selection, beautiful views from junior suite rooms on higher floors , staff is super friendly . I don’t say that often , but I would definitely return . It was amazing stay !!!

Not really what I was expecting, but not terrible or as bad as people make it to be. It does have pros and cons. I would categorize this place more as a hotel than a resort. Bar service was limited and there was no flow to the buffet nor was it labeled as to the areas where the kids food was at. Choices for kids were limited, same with the snack bar. Food was not terrible they do have to cater the seasoning of the food to the masses. The room we had was really nice and more spacious than I expected. I did get the romantic package to surprise my family and they did a great job with it! House keeping was not what was expected they did not come clean the room (despite hanging the sign on the door requesting it and speaking to the front desk) until our 3rd day (take out the trash mainly), toiletries and coffee pods were never replenished. It was Slightly confusing as to where the entertainment amd activities were which were also limited but I am going to assume its because they are still trying to find their rhythm after reopening. Live music was pretty good just need a surround sound ;). Parking was convenient, the area was nice with the shops and water activities. Experience overall was ok again i categorze it as a hotel not a resort in the traditional sense, it is not as bad as other people make ot out to be and there is is room for improvement but i will attribute it to theor reopening and are trying to find their groove and on being better staffed.

Rooms had great balconies with amazing views. Front desk staff was awesome. Piano bar staff were friendly and attentive. But elevators either didn’t work or took 5-10 minutes to come to your floor and sometimes wouldn’t come at all. We were on 11th floor and had to walk up or down all those flights more times than I’d like to count. No drinkable water in the rooms and no bottled water was provided. Food although plentiful was bland. Overall it was an ok stay but would not return to this location.

We were dropped off at the bus drop off and had to roll our luggage through the entire resort to get to the front door. MTS was our transportation. We were told they should have taken us to the front door. Would have liked the opportunity to have other options for ordering food. Not just the buffet.

Overall it’s a nice place but if you look for a place to unwind and relax this is not the best place for you The problem is there is no curfew and they serve alcohol all night long some people don’t know how much is enough and have no respect and regards for other guests It was very loud over night I was getting exhausted oh hearing drunk people all night every night My husband asked if we could have a different room so we can get some rest, he was told all other rooms are booked even though it didn’t seem like the hotel was so busy Anyways that’s the last place we will ever go to.

This was a beautiful resorted situated on the side of a mountain with lots to offer. We traveled in November and were always able to find a spot by the pool or a spot on the beach no matter what time we arrived at. The property was well kept and clean (rooms, washrooms, restaurants, etc.). The food was quite good for resort food with a wide variety - we always found something delicious to eat at each meal. There were a few bars (none close to the beach) that provided decent service. You could self serve your own beer/wine/pop/water which was convenient and nice to not wait in line. One thing I was disappointed with was that a significant amount of alcohol/drinks were not included at this "all inclusive" resort. I've been to dozens of all-inclusive resorts and typically the high end/premium liquors are obviously a surcharge (which is to be expected). However, there was an extensive amount of alcoholic options that were not included with the all inclusive purchase. For example, daquiris, margaritas, mojitos, kahlua, baileys, jameson, heineken, smoothies, and many more were only available at a cost. Essentially you could only order well liquor and sex on the beach, tequila sunrise and pina coladas free of charge. Service was good - most staff were polite and respectful but rarely went above and beyond to be friendly or overly welcoming. Front desk service was excellent and very helpful (printed boarding passes, called taxis, etc.). Overall, we had a lovely stay!

This was a good hotel. It was clean and the food was a good variety. Everyone wore face masks as instructed and the staff professionally upheld this. The entertainment was really good. However the pool was colder than the sea and the food could have been hotter but apart from that it was a good holiday.

We arrived st the hotel for a 1 night stay as an add on day to our holiday. Check in was the worst tgat I have ever had. We presented our passports and confirmed our name which they had on record. Here’s where the gun begins. We paid around £200 for the night and we’re asked to provide a voucher from Expedia??? A what? I’ve booked through hotels.com numerous times and never been asked for a voucher. I

Very nice location. This is definitely not 4 stars hotel or even 3 stars. Food quality wasn't good (very bad quality of meat product). Very bad quality bedding (uncomfortable bad, mattresses and poor quality linen). Basic items expected in four stars hotel (tissues, shower cups etc. are not provided). Lousy elevators system.
