The rooms were clean as far as daily cleaning is concerned but i had to switch rooms because of a strong mildew smell and in 2nd room the bed smelled of mildew once i laid on it, had to sleep on couch. Ghe shower was a walk in for wheelchair access and the floor drainss were clogged so floor got very wet and slippery. The toilet seat was loose, and the sheers were dingy. All in all it was obvious housekeeping tried to do thier best with rooms that need a good refresh. The staff was great ,friendly and caring. They need management to fix the rooms.

The front desk clerk was rude when it was time to check out. Asked where the ice machine was and she was nasty in her answer. When I brought it to her attention there was no apologies. Other than that, the hotel was a great place to stay. Rooms were clean and property convenient

I’ve stayed at this Hampton Inn four times now due to various meetings for work. It is convenient to the interstate, quiet and very clean. The same employees worked at the check in counter and in the dining area all four visits so that tells me they enjoy where they work.

When I look for a hotel I look for one with a pool. The pool was closed due to pump down although I know this stuff happens, it was still what I require when staying at a hotel. The next day the pool was open but the water looked green so I couldn’t use it again. There was no decafe coffee on the second day in the breakfast area or lobby area the entire day. There was stays all the way down the hallway from what looked like a leaking trash cart. The staff was friendly.

There was only one caffeinated coffee in the room with three decaffeinated coffees. Also when I got in the shower the shower gel container was empty so I had to use shampoo to wash
