We checked in late and tired so I didn’t do a through inspection of the room. When I woke up the next morning I noticed a bloody stain right by my face. Needless to say I felt disgusted. So went to check out with Daniel and told him the situation. He said it wasn’t anything he could do because we used a third party Expedia to book our reservation. Daniel was an op manager I believe and the GM Melissa wasn’t in. Needless to say I will never stay there again.

Upon arriving, the hotel looked great. Ms. Yasmin is the best thing about my whole trip. She was able to accommodate me for everything that I needed from check in to extra pillows, she was awesome.

All of the staff were pleasant and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable, i was very pleased with the size and everything they had in the kitchen part of the room. I would definitely book here again and recommend this hotel.

New hotel with modern glass sliding door shower. Our room was on the 1st floor. Guests in the room above woke us up at 4:30 AM. We could hear movement, footsteps, etc. for about an hour. Seems there's not much sound proofing in the ceiling. The continental breakfast was minimal and all pre-packaged except for the oranges.

Room was nice staff at check in could have been nicer. We arrived at 1:30 and was about to ask if it was possible to check in but, the agent on duty promptly said no check in before 3:00 and did not even check to see if the possibly had a room. So w just set up camp in the lobby and began to entertain our self and when she saw we were not leaving. It was a miracle they had a room.

Check-in was fine. The staff very friendly. Room was clean with the exception of the shower. Temperature control in the room was off. It was very cold 67 when we arrived in the room. We tried several times to raise the temp to 71-73 with no luck. It was very cold while sleeping. Let’s talk about breakfast. When selecting a hotel we always opt for one with hot breakfast. Expedia showed that this hotel serves breakfast. Maybe we missed it, but we didn’t see where it was a light breakfast. If we had we probably would not have chosen this hotel. I think advertising should be clear about this.

Front staff switched my room from king bedcto 2cqueens without telling me. After going into room didnt touch anything, I went back downstairs because their phones dont connect to front desk. I said I booked a king. The front desk said because I booked through 3rd party I dont have a room guarentee even though my reservation stated King bed. Also the " BREAKFAST INCLUDED" is a breakfast grab-n-go of instant grits, old bananas, muffins, not a real breakfast,cold coffee or coffee in the room. Their description on the listing stated "Breakfast included". Front desk hostess was curt and never said 1 thing about switching the room. I knew nothing until we checked into room. Also phone in room doesnt connect to hotel front desk. It goes to a central Hyatt number. Front desk said if you dont book direct you have no choice of room even if you booked a king they can put you into any room available. I will never book here again. I own a hotel. Never would I change a room without contacting guest prior to check-in. Inspite of nice room their policies are not friendly or honest.
