I’d like to go back to the days where the room is cleaned every single day. What I did like was at least somebody came to the room and made my bed, but I didn’t get clean towels, toilet paper, etc. checked every day and I was there for five days. But I will say I didn’t ask either. I guess I was just expecting it!

The thermostat in our room never dropped below 73, despite being set on 69. The day we left, it was 76 in our room! The mini fridge leaked. The toilet required two flushes to empty. There were two stray hairs in the shower. The staff was super nice and friendly!
