There was no running water when we arrived. In the morning when the water was turned on there was no hot water. At all. Front desk was less than apologetic. During breakfast there were industrial fans and wires all across the breakfast common area. This I can understand but no water at all during our stay is unacceptable.

After checking in we went to the room and discovered there was not a microwave in our room. When my wife went back to the check in they told her none of the rooms left had microwaves. This is unheard of in all the places we have stayed. I was very disappointed.

Great place, great staff. I was even serenaded with a happy birthday song by the lady working the desk (and it was midnight when we checked in). The area was great, room was clean. We will definitely be staying here again when in the area.
