The room as clean and the staff were wonderful. However, the bed was really uncomfortable and the sheets scratchy with pilling. Sadly I did not get any good sleep.

Quick easy lodging in Moab. Unfortunately for some patrons, the elevator wasn’t operating and everyone was placed on third floor, where some people were not happy. Unknown amenities not functional for those needing access or assistance but they were not told of the situation.

Great location, very nice staff, awesome coffee. I believe it is a remodeled older building with the good and bad of both. Lastly but not last nice pool and hot tub. Elevator is broken but assistance to carry luggage up was provided.

The room was clean but small to the point of being claustrophobic. The pool and hot tub were welcomed after a long day of hiking. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, with one glaring exception. One of the front desk staff, possibly the manager, questioned the authenticity of my wife’s formally trained, federally certified service dog. She called it an emotional support animal, accusing us of using the title of service animal as an excuse for having the dog in the hotel.
