I was able to move from an upper floor to the first floor. This is so very helpful due to mobilty issues. The first floor rooms have both inside and outside access doors and I was able to park veryclose to my room.

Easy check in and out, fine breakfast but the rooms were not very clean. The pillows are mini, half the size of a normal pillow, so we had 2 adults sleep in separate beds. The toilet had mold in it around the rim, the tub was dirty to the point we didn’t want to take a shower. Everything else was fine and it will do for an overnight but I would’ve loved a cleaner room.

The futon in the room was very broken. There was no warning that it was damaged so we opened it and couldnt get it put back. Then the cot they brought was a twin mattress and box spring and the box spring was partially broken.

The staff was very courteous and the room was comfortable. I love the fact that there wasn't a pet charge. I'll definitely stay there again when in Mitchell.

Our room had not been cleaned properly, upon arrival we noted that one bed was made up with already used bedding. There were signs of a pet being on one bed with a large mud stain in addition to fur on both the bedding and the pillows. Additionally, the heat in the room did not work. We were here during a weekend, where the outside temperature outside was approximately 12° Fahrenheit. We made staff and manager of the hotel aware of this, and they failed to make any corrections. The hotel is generally rundown, dirty, poorly maintained, and poorly managed. We will not be back!
