Older building with rooms in need of a deep clean (think visible grime in corners) and update. Our room had an exterior door which was convenient but it was poorly sealed, leading to many insects including crickets and mosquitoes in the room and dead on the bathroom floor. Our room was out of toilet paper and had a used washcloth hanging in the shower curtain. Did not attempt the pool or breakfast. The front desk staff was pleasant.

Rooms outdated. Bathroom missing trim and grimey. Tub had hard water stains. Breakfast was fine, except for a lady that brought her dog to the eating area and gave it a plate of food on the floor.

Room 227 is in poor condition, with broken fixture and dirty trim and grout in bathroom; very strong unpleasant odor in room (and, clothes closet); large black flies on window & walls (and, gnats). Mini-fridge, nightstand clock not working (outlets(?); ice-makers throughout hotel not working with no expectation 'to repair for 3 mo.' Hotel smells like mold, has really gone downhill. Front desk persons, and dining personnel were pleasant and polite. Free water bottles were appreciated.
