Three day stay.

Every thing was fine. The only thing I would have applied was the vending machines did not work. It rained most of trip so I was a little more confined to the motel. It would have been nice to get something to snack on there rather than going out in the rain to. The staff was very nice and the place was clean and quiet. The breakfast was okay though the cereal was stale and some of the bread moldy. They could up grade a little.

It is decent, considering the location. Grateful to have a place to stay. Very glad there are new owners. These owners are nice & friendly. And honest. I had boycotted this hotel for years due to a previous manager trying to charge me for staying there when I hadn’t been able to book a room. I have stayed at this hotel 2 or 3 times since new ownership & haven’t had any issues being charged incorrectly. I understand the owners have tried to make improvements & it takes time & money. Everything has been clean, except this time one of the blankets appeared to be stained. Hoping it was just stained & not dirty. We didn’t use it, but made us question cleanliness of all the bedding.

We'll return and stay here again!

We had a nice stay here, bed was comfortable, water in the shower and sink was nice and hot and the a/c in our room worked fantastic! Breakfast options are a continental breakfast and we were just fine with a fresh made waffle and a good cup of coffee. We will stay here again!! Staff are friendly, welcoming and as helpful as can be!!!!

The best thing about Lakeside is the location. It's next to Chapman Park/Lake Wagner. This is great for morning or evening walks. The worst thing about this property is the very iffy housekeeping service. If you are staying for more than one night, beware! You may or may not get any housekeeping service and you will need it daily as they only give you the bare minimum on towels and other items.

They advertised no-smoking rooms. The hotel reeked of cigarette smoke even the rooms I woke in the morning with a headache. And my sinuses are still stuffed. The toilet plugged at 10:00 at night and the office was unavailable to even contact for a plunger.

Don't think i will be staying there ever again

The outside of the building was very nice, but the inside needed updates. The out side door don't has a opening so cold in the room. The inside of the hotel need vacuumed all over and it had a very bad small in the hotel.
