Pretty sad. We were charged for parking and didn't see that before booking. Room was dirty. Clothes left from the last party that rented room. Bathroom ceiling had spots of mildew because of no ventilation in the room. The window view was of the roof, and no mention of this before booking room. Staff missinformed us of pool hours twice. Also the upstairs renter was extremely loud and paced above us until after midnight. The waterslides were the best feature.

They tried to charge me for parking. I trave often and have never even heard of such a thing. The person at the front desk claimed this is standard at Marriott properties. It certainly is not. And I was not allowed to gain Bonvoy points. The hotel is really nice and clean but these aspects of check in were troublesome and hardly regular for Marriott properties.

Must stay with kids

Check in took a bit longer than expected. A girl was training but the other employee cared less to help. Other than that the hotel was clean and up to date. The pool was the highlight of the stay. If you have kids this is a must stay for the pool.
