The whole experience was great except that there was no elevator or assistance to carry my heavy bag upstairs. Apparently people who book online from Expedia cannot have downstairs rooms. Last year, same hotel, I booked thru Expedia and had a downstairs room. I was probably among the first to check in on Oct 6, and the parking lot never filled up. So, I felt like I was treated unfairly. The morning shift was very very nice
