Looked great online, which led us to book two rooms for the night. Unfortunately, the stay fell short of expectations — more of a 2-star motel experience. While the rooms were bright, spacious, and the location convenient, the kitchen lacked basic essentials like paper towels, soap, cups, and utensils. The property clearly has potential with the right improvements. Given the discrepancy between what was advertised and what we experienced, I hope management will consider a refund as a goodwill gesture.

Really liked the room. Our Maps app had a hard time finding it and giving us good directions. I think because it’s a new property and the app just hasn’t caught up. Also glad that I read the reviews to learn that the room comes with NO appliances: no toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils or hair dryer. Apparently some of these items can be purchased. Since we caught on before we left home, we were able to raid our camping supplies so we had everything we needed. Would stay again and remember to pack kitchen stuff.

At night it was very noisy all hours of the night , doors slamming , people talking loudly in the hallways . It was very hard to get a good nights sleep . Staff was very helpful in trying to keep people quiet , but it seemed that people didnt care !!!! will not stay again

When we arrived and checked in we were happy with the ease of check in process. We then left the hotel and went to an event expecting to be able to come back that night after our event to a nice shower and bed. What we got was everything but that. We entered the room and immediately found bugs, fingernails, dirt, food all over the floors which looked like had never been cleaned. It was disgusting. Then my daughter went to shower and I immediately was notified the shower was filthy. I then spent about the next 25 minutes cleaning someone else’s hair, white goop, and things from the shower just so she could use it. I then cleaned the toilet which had someone else’s pee drizzled down all sides and hair on the back, there was hair everywhere. It was filthy. Skip forward to the bedding which hadn’t been cleaned either. Immediately I went to the front desk, but it appears the hotel was fully booked so there was no chance of moving rooms. I took all new bedding and changed it and proceeded to clean the room to a useable space. To say the least I was absolutely pissed. I shouldn’t need to spend 1-2 hours cleaning a room just to be able to use the space when I just paid close to $200 a night to be there. Zero stars. Highly do not recommend.

Room was fine, definitely clean. The self check in lobby is abismal. It is probably 100 degrees F in there, even late in the day. It is a hotbox of sun but it also feels like the heat is on in there. Goofy as can be.

It was 3 adults traveling so we booked 2 queen beds on Expedia but was given 1 king size bed room and was told they were sold out and could accommodate is by giving extra room. One had to sleep on the floor. Hoping That Expedia will figure out what went wrong.
