Our 2 story, 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house has a big back yard with maple and pine trees providing shade. The upstairs living/dining area features large windows and a big back deck with furniture to relax on. The spacious downstairs living room has a large flat screen TV with live streaming capability. Restaurants, Beer breweries, a winery, the Griz stadium, Kettlehouse Amphitheater, and downtown shops and eateries are just a few minutes away. World class fishing, hiking and mountain biking are all super close, and the famous Rattlesnake wilderness is just up the road.

. Guests and visitors should park in the driveway or in the cul-de-sac in front of the house, and must show consideration to neighbor's vehicles
Keep the A/C above 67, and don't run for more than 8 hours straight. Otherwise damage to the HVAC system will be incurred and unit will freeze.
Trash pickup is on Fridays. Please have bear proof trash container on the street in front of the driveway for pickup. Thanks!
