Hennesseys restaurant had excellent food and attentive, helpful and conscientious servers. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool when over visiting. Allowing them to visit and use the pool is most gracious of the facility and bodes well for my return Thanksgiving next year 2026. There is no hot tub.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the onsite restaurant. Great food and service. Hotel is located in an older part of Miramichi but it is well maintained and quiet. Convenient to major highways.

I stay here often but this was a bad experience and stay. The towels had not been changed and were used and dirty. There was a group partying and running the hall way all night long. I booked to get a good nights rest and couldn’t sleep at all.

Had to park much farther away during our stay due to parking lot repaving. No elevators. Restaurant was closed in our day. No room service despite description on Expedia. No freezer in fridge. Gym was very small. Surrounding area not picturesque. View of river but window had condensation we could not remove so we couldn’t see much. A lot of “I’m sorry”’s by no recompense such as money back, gift card to Wyndham hotels, gift card to local restaurants, etc, even when we suggested that might help us handle the disappointments.
