Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The bathroom shower could have been a lot cleaner, and it would be helpful to have an extra roll of tissue and some Kleenex in the room. I really liked the secure elevator system where you have to use your room key to access upper floors. There’s a $100 refundable deposit at check-in; not sure if that was because I booked through a third party. Any deliveries, like food, must be picked up at the front desk, which I actually loved because it made me feel more secure. Breakfast was good, especially the cinnamon rolls delicious! I will definitely be staying here again.

Since it was around Thanksgiving, the hotel seemed full of guests. That did not prevent the staff from being above and beyond kind and welcoming. In fact, I needed to store some perishable foods and staff found space in the hotel refrigerators for us. The room itself was very nice and beds were comfortable. Free parking and great location to everything in Miramar.
