The good: Friendly and helpful people to speak with when we needed help. Nice location just steps from baytowne warf. plenty of room for our group. Close to so many shops and activities. Great wrap around porch. close to pool Opportunities: The floors were very dirty..our bare feet and white socks were black. We had no pillow or blankets for the pull out couch the first night, so we had to sleep without those. Pull out couch mattress and full size mattress in bedroom 2 were very uncomfortable. Listing makes it seem like it’s on the beach…it is not. Conclusion: I certainly wouldn’t tell anyone not to stay there…it definitely had many good points. Just a couple things that were a bit frustrating.
