It started from the check in. I went to 4 areas to check in, it took over 1 hour to check in. Once I got my pass the building were not marked I has to get out of my car & go into the buildings to find my condo. There was no cart to load my luggage, I had to make 3 trips to my fourth floor condo. All of the details were not accurate.. There were no discounts on golf or the Fitness Center(the fitness center was 20. not 15 and the 4 day charge was 70. not 35. I could not figure out the TV. The chairs to sit in at the desk did not have a cushion I had to use a pillow. The bed was terrible. The bathroom faucet was old. You had to be careful getting into shower, slippery. The shower head was old. Now the good part, no hot water or water for over 18 hours. I lost the internet for hours. It was so bad I left on Friday instead of Sunday. I lost 2 days on my stay. It was the worst rental property I rented in 50 years. I plan on getting a 2 days refund because this is a owner and VRBO problem not caused my me. Do not rent this condo until it is fixed. You could not watch TV unless you sat on a bed. There are probably some things I missed. I will file for a refund with my bank.
