The rooms are great and I saved here a couple times. The reason for three stars is every time I’ve stayed here. There have been issues where I’ve needed to change rooms or things that were supposed to happen, Didn’t happen. Really disappointing because otherwise it’s a very nice hotel. Hopefully they can get the management together so all the pieces match the quality of the rooms.

The room was pretty dirty. I found syringes in the room by the laundry and showed them to the service person out front. The dishes were all dirty, and the sink was dirty. It was a terrible experience. I usually stay at this hotel, but this time I’m around. Thanks. It’s pretty dirty. The couches were dirty, which I recorded on TikTok and in pictures.

Trash was nwver taken out in eother room Dog treats and food under foot rest in living room Dish washer was ran but dishes still very dirty Bed very unconfirtabke and smells like dirty person Shower drain was lose and also clogged. Unclogged it myself. F- Towls stained and smelt like they were sitting in a basement for a year re washed before use No instrutions on remote. 1 remote for both tvs. Alarm was set from someone else and went off in the early morning. Great price. Will not return for next 3 months of trips

It was okay. I like the layout of the room. It is very homey. The lobby is superb. Uber car and food can find the hotel quick. Although some of the evening receptionists were not very approachable (at least to an introvert). Also, a staff lying down on a lobby couch gives off a less professional image. Maybe provide a quarter for them to rest in. And yeah, there were bags of trash left on the hallway for two days. Finally, a moldy unwashed dishes? That’s not good. Otherwise, the facilities themselves were good. The room I got is very liveable.

The room is super nice and Kiki at the front desk is awesome, unfortunately, I had to change my room two times for a one night stay because of a broken toy in one room and then a broken television in the other. This also happened the last time I stayed here. Really nice hotel just needs better maintenance and making sure the rooms are ready before people check in.
