Dirty, safety was a concern, no breakfast as described. Not that I would eat what they offered. I'm sad I spent my hard earned money there. It shouldn't be open.

Location in downtown Chaska was good for us. The room was clean. I like that we had vinyl floors instead of carpet in room. The staff was friendly. Bed ls were comfortable.

Room was dirty. Bugs. Used towel in bathroom. Lighting fixtures torn out of ceiling. Holes in walls. Flooring was coming up. Front desk lady said if someone knocks on your door besides me don’t answer. Not safe. We didn’t stay and they refused a refund. We were in room for 5 minutes and knew we didn’t feel safe staying. Totally gross!

The pictures of the property are totally false. The whole weekend there was 3 cars in the parking lot. The hostess told us it was under construction, they need to close down and remodel. Old outdated rooms, bathroom fan was held on by tie wire, didn't see no breakfast, towels had holes in them, and carpet wasn't great. The only plus was bed was decent and the shower was hot.

Not impressed at all - Towels dirty & worn, holes in wall, smoke detector had been removed, not place to hang anything. Bathtub spray painted. Toilet didn't flush completely. Generally very poor house keeping.

Room was not clean. Sheets and towels were stained. No housekeeping staff. After a very long lecture about the rooms all being non-smoking, the room smelled entirely of smoke. Cigarette butts and ashes were all over the window sill.
Stained aheets
Hair in bathtub. Not cleaned.
Stained sheets. Hair found in sheets.
Towel display upon entrance.
