The fan in the bathroom did not work room became very humid after a shower. Staff allow me to grab a chip/snack from the snack shop for free.

Between Expedia and Sheraton, I ended up having to pay an additional $60. Expedia said I got 2 breakfasts for free, so I paid for 2 more for the kids when I booked it. Then Sheraton says that this was not correct, and I had to pay another $40. Now they are charging me 5 days later for an additional person, even though I booked it for 4 people. Just plain rude and they completely screwed me over. Screw you, both companies.
