The front desk bald dude is very rude. The rooms had no coffee or tea. Food at this location is extremely overpriced for how small portions. Don’t even mention early check in you might get charged $60 plus for their time

Staff support was lacking at check in and check out- make sure you ask lots of questions at check in and check out to make sure nothing was missed. Our dining table was not wiped down during our stay so it was covered in crumbs from our first night's dinner.

I was deeply disappointed with my stay at Sheraton. For starters, the room temperature remained at 66 degrees regardless of our efforts to turn it up in the middle of winter in Minnesota. Parking was $45 a night which is insane. And when trying to check out I waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk (which never came) and had to simply leave my key card with a security guard along with other guests. Will not be recommending this hotel to others.
