Everything about my stay from check in to check out including the bell desk holding my luggage until my late evening flight out of town was excellent. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.

The place was nice. Website stated valet parking and no one was available for valet. It was cheaper to park it myself. Had to use your room key to use the elevator. Security reasons - very minor inconvenience. The restaurant downstairs I didn't try. It looked very good.

More staff to deliver quality service and higher retention to cater to the need of future guests. Parking was relatively easy to find. Valet was sketchy. Did not seem trustworthy driving my Mercedes so not the most convenient when it comes to finding one’s way around the hotel. Clean room. Great view. 4 star hotel expectancy delivered.

Beautiful hotel room

I absolutely loved my room. The decor was beautiful and modern and the mattress was very firm and comfortable. The check-in was smooth (yet busy). The restaurant service was a bit inexperienced but I had nice drinks and good food. I would absolutely stay here again. Great downtown hotel.

This place was dirty. The room cleaners would throw the trash into the hallways when cleaning neighboring rooms so you had to step over when leaving your room. Someone needs to train these people properly. The carpets were disgusting. The bathroom showers trashed. No shower gel just one bar of soap for the sink and shower. It’s like they don’t care. The beds were comfortable only saving grace.
