The rooms are very dated. Last stay was in 2017 at the Minneapolis downtown Hilton and the rooms haven’t changed. I was upgraded to a room close to my sons and the desk mistake put me on the wrong floor.

Dont stay here long term!!

Had issues all week with toilet not wanting to flush. Housekeeping didnt cleaned our room for days so our trash was pilling up. Our sheets had pieces of tissue paper or toilet paper all over. Complained several times but the manager was not interested in making sure things were taken cared of. Manager had attitude with a lot of people in our group. He never checked to see if our issues were taken cared of. It was not a good stay at all.

Not the best staff service for a Hilton. But managers worked to fix issues. Food wasn’t good at this location - specifically breakfast.
