There is not a hot tub that was one of the reasons we picked this place. When we checked in the fridge in our room had a pizza box in it. So I doubt they did a thorough job cleaning.

The facility either smelled like smoke or urine. There was lots of dust hanging from our ceiling and in the bathroom as well as built up on the bathroom floor. There was leftover food items in one of the cabinets. The tv was maybe 24" and not all channels came in clear. The pool was clear but water was cold. As for breakfast there was a choice of waffles, toast, bagel, and sugar cereal. There was no milk available or cream cheese. The juice machine didn't work nor was there a note on it. No hot food was served so they probably should have removed the chafing dish from the area.

Good Service and Stay

Outside was a little dirty with some trash, and when I was checking in, there was another customer that said she had a DoorDash order and it was taken. But as for me, I wish that the breakfast was open until 10 o’clock instead of 9 o’clock. Positive side is that the bed was really comfortable, but the pillow was OK. There was a slight stain on the comforter itself however, that didn’t deter me from staying there.

When we checked into our room the floor looked likr it wasnt vacuumed and the room and a funny smell mixed with cigarettes. There was piles of dirt in the corner of the bathroom like they had swept it into the corner by the tub and under the sink. Also both beds were broken so when you'd lay down you could feel all the springs in the bed. I also asked to be on the first floor due to health conditions on out room was on the 2nd floor so i had trouble getting up and down the stairs. Id NEVER say here again

Stay Away!

As soon as I arrived I noticed most of the guests live there. When I entered the hotel room you could smell and tell that the room was previously lived in. The place was not clean. The tile in the bathroom has gunk in each corners, small bugs that you could hardly see. The carpet had stains in the room and marks all over the walls and ceiling. I couldn’t tell where the smell was coming from until I smelt the bed, I lifted up all the bedding and the bed was in horrible condition. The pool was okay, disappointed with no hot tub. random people would come in the pool area just to use their bathroom. All the men there were creeps just watching, I felt uncomfortable. Would wake up to no breakfast. I’m not surprised all the tenants made sure to get their free breakfast l.

The check in was great and the staff was very kind and knowledgeable. The room was a good size. There was a fridge and microwave. I did not like that the king bed had only 2 small pillows. The towels in the bathroom were also very small and of low quality. The bathtub did not have a plug to take a bath.

The breakfast was a joke empty bread. Bagels or muffins no knives to spead butter/jam or to cut waffles juice machine out if order for our whole five day stay. Vending machine missing half tge produce, pop machine out of half product. No milk for cereal. The last day after we posted on Google Maps they finally filled everything but still no knives or salt and pepper.

Not quality at all

Check in was fine but our stay went downhill quickly. Room okay but had to replace microwave which started to burn. Breakfast is a disaster—no fruit, no juice, some milk until it was gone. Coffee machine made poor quality coffee. Same sausage and cooked egg round stuffed with cheese and folded. Some oatmeal and two cold cereals. Bagels but nothing else—no bread, doughnuts, muffins, etc. housekeeping if you ask for it. Highly recommend you find a better hotel.
