Staff was very friendly and helpful. The first set of 2 rooms we were given smelled horrible. One smelled like pet urine and the other cigarette smoke. The second set of rooms smelled much better and were clean. The hotel is dated but for the price we paid I’m ok with it. Location was fairly convenient for us. I would consider this hotel in the future.

Beware…even though their site states a 24 shuttle to MSP, that’s not the case. They don’t start the shuttle until 7:00 am. We had to get an Uber to MSP. Must happen regularly as I got a piece of paper with the general manager’s email address for Uber reimbursement. However, I won’t hold my breath to receive. Terrible. Would never stay their again!

Had cockroaches and tv was broken, also when we asked for some. sort of compensation for the nights we stayed there the general manager had very bad customer service and had an attitude about us coming to ask because we showed him proof of cockroaches in the room. Very bad experience, never going back.

When I checked in, I was informed the Wi-Fi was not working. It was down the stay. When I went to the room, the keys didn't work. The refrigerator and coffee maker in my room didn't work properly. The breakfast was more limited than my previous stay.
