Terrible experience. Would never stay here again. Check-in took forever because there was only one staff member working, which caused very long lines. The staff member wasn’t very welcoming, but honestly I felt bad for him—he was clearly exhausted and overwhelmed. At least three people should have been helping with check-in and checkout. On top of that, loud music was playing in the room next to us, and we couldn’t sleep at all. We had to leave at 5:00 a.m., and that’s when things got even worse. Our car was blocked in, and no one knew whose car it was. I asked the staff if I could leave my car there since I would be gone for 6 days, and they told me I would have to pay a parking fee. Overall, it was a terrible experience from start to finish.

There was a lot left to be desired with our stay. There was a big clump of hair in the corner of the bathroom, a pair of eyeglasses left on the floor, and a German cockroach on the wall. The cover for the heater wouldn’t stay on and always fell open. We had to switch rooms because our first one didn’t have a plug in for the tv, microwave, or fridge. When we entered that room there was a key card in the middle of the floor. It didn’t seem like rooms were thoroughly cleaned. Hot tub was barricaded off and under construction and there was no notification of this until you got to the pool.

I was under an immense amount of stress, when I booked my room close to MSP, due to my ability to get back to family on the holidays. My experience was far from enjoyable. The toilet was covered in urine, the towel rack in the bathroom fell apart, and there was definitely semen all over the wall behind the bed I had to sleep in. I also woke up in the morning and stepped on someone else’s fake nails. experience.
