Multiple charges to my credit card AFTER I checked out I only ate dinner one night my bill was 74 I was charged 117 an that’s after they took 284 out of my card for incidentals they gave me 205 back but took another 74.

The parking situation was the only negative. There was nowhere to to self-park. We had to use valet or park somewhere on the street in downtown Minneapolis. This is the first time ive stayed at a hotel that had no parking lot for guests unless you paid for valet. The hotel itself was very nice, very clean and incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant. Relaxed in the pool. Had a great night's sleep. And the Zero% shampoo and conditioner was a luxurious surprise! I always bring my own products , but Zero% was amzing. It felt great on my hair and skin and it smelled amazing! Overall, we had a great stay at the Downtown Hilton. The valet was quick and convenient after all.

Very limited on parking, unless you want to pay for valet $35 every time you do have to use them is crazy. Breakfast isn’t complementary. I found 5 things broken in my unit, the shower heads, one of the lamps, the blinds, and the tv box, I only stayed the night there for 2 nights.. but if I stayed there any amount more no thank you

Staff were great, very accommodating , but housekeeping only came twice in a weeklong stay. Front desk was always responsive. Guests were very noisy, frat like behavior. Front desk was good about addressing these issues but they were numerous. Allows dogs, two of which lunged at me as I approached an elevator. 3 stars might be generous but staff really were helpful.
