Check in wasn't the best. Had to wait several minutes for associate and he wasn't the friendliest. Room was nice. Coffee supplies were not cleaned up or filled up. Old coffee grounds from previous guest still in coffee maker. I stayed two nights and was not aware I had to request a room clean the next day. Had to request a refill of coffee supplies again. No paper cups for water even? Bed was super hard. Breakfast was amazing though. Very, very good. Overall hotel was nice and great location with some restaurants and shopping nearby. Customer service in general could use some work. Not the friendliest staff at the front desk. With less amenities available these days should focus more on your customer service.

A very nice hotel & the staff was friendly. When we in Minnesota for the State Fair & when we asked about shuttle service, the front desk clerk informed us of a free shuttle very close to the hotel. He was very friendly & answered all of our questions about the free shuttle & how to get there. The hotel also let us park in the lot for free the day of our departure while we were at the fair. A very positive experience. Thank you!

Screaming kids in the hallway after 11 p.m. Fridge in our room never got cold, yet the temp of our room when we arrived was 54°... way too cold!
