We liked that the hotel was within walking distance to the Opheum theater. We liked the friendly staff, breakfast and wi-fi. We were disappointed that the room that we reserved was not clean upon check in time. Thankfully the staff worked with us to transfer us to a different room.

I thought the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Fontez went above and beyond when I needed an extra washcloth when the one in my room dropped on the bathroom floor. He checked the laundry area and couldn't find any clean washcloths. He went to the hotel next door and brought me two freshly laundered washcloths. I appreciated his tenacity and willingness to make sure I had what I needed.

Fairfield was conveniently located downtown near many key destinations. Nice sized rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was very nice and well attended.
