The front desk staff was always very professional, friendly, and quick to help if I had any needs. Only one elevator, kind of slow, but didn't really have an issue with traffic. I think their maybe should have been an electrical outlet on the side of the room/bathroom where the ironing board was, so I didn't have to carry it over to the other side each day.

Great staff. Bed was comfortable. Hall floor was dirty but they said it was going to be replaced. Condition of room was old. Breakfast was good and staff was great. Lobby was clean. I have a problem sleeping and have to get up early between two and three in the morning. No place to sit in lobby. Washer room was dirty and the dryer was very noisy and ripped my shirt.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I stayed here for a staycation for my birthday, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. First, when I arrived, the staff was on a long smoke break and came back reeking of smoke—not the most welcoming start. I usually love Country Inns (I often stay at the Woodbury location and always have a great experience), but this location fell far below expectations. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The room had spiders and bugs by the window and in the corners. I requested room service before leaving for my birthday activities, but when I returned, the room had not been cleaned at all. My boyfriend and I had to spend another night in a dirty room. When I reported this to the evening front desk staff, he brushed it off with, “Oh, they didn’t come clean?”—and did nothing to resolve the issue. On checkout day, I spoke with the assistant manager (I believe her name was Ashley), and it was clear she didn’t know how to handle complaints. She had to ask other staff what to do, which is very unprofessional for someone in a management role. I was told I would receive Choice Points within a day, but I still haven’t received anything. Overall, the customer service was horrible, the cleanliness was poor, and management was completely unhelpful. I will not be returning to this location.

The window in our room leaked. A towel was soaked by morning. They did move us to a new room. I found the hallway carpet rather dirty. Staff was attentive but the check in clerk is the same person who drives the shuttle to the airport. Therefore we would have to wait for their return to address our needs. Also, the one hot tub was empty and the other one did not have much pressure in the jet spray.

Nice staff, seems okay in lobby. Room cleanliness was not great, also in need of repairs and or touch ups. Could tell it was worn and older. No body wash and only one bar of hand soap for the room was not ideal. Simple things like vacuuming the hallway floors and stairwells would be appreciated. Pool was good, one hot tub was out of order and pool area was definitely worn

Good service adequate breakfast

We checked in and got our room keys but when we entered the room we found it had not been cleaned. They apologized and have us the room we had originally asked for. It all turned out fine. I enjoyed the freshly baked cookies that were available on our first night there. Was looking forward to more on our second night
