Great home and Location

We rented this home for our family of 8 for a family wedding. It was perfect for our family. Lots of space, perfect location within walking distance to downtown Wayzata, very clean, comfortable beds, great and prompt communication from Frederick. Would definitely rent again. The house was exactly as described. Open floor plan and large kitchen were perfect for our family of 5 to hang out in. Location is perfect to visit restaurants in Wayzata and Lake Minnetonka. Host was responsive. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Great find in Wayzata

The house was even better than the pictures, and it was immaculate. Location is terrific - every morning my baby and I would walk to one of many bagel or bakeries within a few minutes walk, and in the afternoons my big kids and I would walk to the beach and to get ice cream. Highly recommend!

This property was exactly as advertised. A long walk or a very short car ride to the lake, restaurants, and shops. Grocery store and Walgreens also within walking distance. Highly recommend this place. Plenty of room for everyone.

Great Rental Home Close to Downtown Wayzata!

This home still feels new and is exceptionally clean and wide open with a great floor plan to comfortably accommodate a number of people. It is located very close to downtown Wayzata where you can enjoy beautiful Lake Minnetonka and all the fun shops and restaurants. The owner was very pleasant to work with as well.
