Room was dirty, wall paper falling off the walls, 2 towels in a jacuzzi suite, no washing, 1 hand towel, no floor towels. Room phone was broken, TV remote did not work. Staff was rude about everything. We checked out early and into a different hotel. Hot tub for all guests did not even have water, fitness center unavailable. Parking lot had broken glass everywhere, all stairways were caution taped off and inaccessible.

Off of Expedia said there was a pool n hot tub n breakfast. Playing softball in the area a pool n hot tub were major things we look for. The pool area was closed due to health reasons but then seen it was storage for remolding. The breakfast was couple scrambled eggs , cereal n only 2%milk. Coffee w no creamer. Disappointed.

The hotel was dirty. We all slept in our clothes on top of the covers. The pool was closed, we never saw that online. The breakfast ended an hour earlier than it said so we missed it.

Upon arrival, parking lot had a lot of litter in it, front entry doors were very dirty, pool was closed “by health department”, bathrooms in lobby had a sign “for employees only”, the front desk clerk was friendly, room appeared clean, beds were made with flat sheet(instead of fitted)> blanket>another flat sheet. No comforter. Only one set of towels and no bath mat. We did not eat the breakfast so can’t speak to how it was. Don’t expect much when staying here.

The rooms were dirty and had 1 towel and wash cloth, no shampoo, conditioner, or soap in room. The first room they put us in the toilet didnt work. The second room the toilet paper holder was missing. Both rooms were not stocked with towels, wash clothes, or hygiene products. The breakfast was cold cereal or scrambled eggs, the pool was closed.... Definately not worth $138 a night.

The place wasn't at all like the pictures. The room was a mess, with stained walls, a slow-draining tub, and hardly any towels or pillows – just one of each per bed. When I asked for more, they only gave me one extra pillow and two towels. It was super disappointing, and I'm definitely not staying there again. Plus, the breakfast and pool they advertised weren't even available, and the amenities were just plain bad.

Check-in was good, friendly staff. Only 1 bath towel, 1 hand, & 1 floor towel. Half a roll of tp. Room was clean. Ice machine on 4th floor didn't work. We seen a sign "100% Non-smoking facility" ... it smelled so much like smoke. Noticed a leaky roof in lobby during the storm. Breakfast choices were corn flakes or raisin brand, 4 pieces of bread, cold eggs, milk, 1 container of OJ to share, & coffee was old. SO basically a place to sleep, sorry.
