This place was the best. The rooms are roomy. The staff where very nice. Great, hot breakfast. It's very family oriented. I really enjoyed myself here. Clean and the pool and jacuzzi was great as well. I will definitely come again.

Only reason I didn’t give all 5 stars is bc I feel like the bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned very well. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and there’s no reason why I wouldn’t stay here again!

The first room was not cleaned at all upon check in. They moved us to an “upgraded room” where there was water coming through the exhaust fan in the bathroom. We were moved again to a room with a pullout couch instead of a bed. There were dead bugs all over the window. When we turned the heater on, bugs started burning and set off the smoke alarm!! The manager told me there weren’t any other rooms he felt comfortable moving us to …so we had to change hotels! I truly hope they do better.

Tamara at the front desk and the manager on duty went above and beyond to get us a room with a jacuzzi because the hot tub had broken down that day and it was the reason we had booked at Wildwood. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service. Just amazing!
