The room was immaculately clean which was very appreciated! Breakfast at the craft was so so, the food was unfortunately spicy when there was no disclosure that spice would be included which was a bummer with kiddos especially.

Nice overall appeal - liked the different design of the place from normal hotels - which drew me to it. We stayed in room 548 with a balcony. For an upscale hotel at this price point, it could have used better furnishings - the mismatched clearance level furniture didn't fit. Crazy lighting design - with extension cords running across the room. We had a room with a balcony, with a great view of Milwaukee - but all the windows were smeared and dirty - and the furnishings on the patio were just as bad as the interior.
