From the moment we checked in, it was apparent that this was going to be the best Hotel we had stayed in! We loved the secure, private parking garage! The room was immaculate, plenty of room for the 6 of us and most importantly, clean! The staff was very accommodating with any of our requests and the free breakfast was good as expected and June who was part of the kitchen/dining staff, made our morning start out so much better, because she was so kind, friendly, helpful and would even stop and chat with us for a minute every morning. We will definitely be staying here next time we are back visiting family!

No bedding for extra bed, shower drain clogged, lights were confusing, no conditioner, and didn't do maid service to bring clean towels. Clean rooms, good breakfast (but weird setup), and convenient parking garage.

Property was amazing and beautiful. I couldnt get there at check in time right away but check in was easy. I was upset that they didnt give me the room I requested. When I tried bringing up to their attention they kept telling me it was that room. However i asked for a bedroom (which should have a door seperating the living area from the bedroom) however i got what im assuming is a studio with a king bed. The room was lovely and they did assist with bedding for the futon/bed for the couch. However trying to gaslight me that the room i ordered was the room they provided was not great. I ended up just taking the room because it was late and i had my toddler with me i wasnt about to keep telling this person that they where wrong and i wasnt going to be a Karen at 10pm. It was just for a night. Other than that i was happy with our stay and it was very clean and beautiful.
