My favorite place to go when I just need a break and don't want to leave the city. The staff is always nice and accommodating. My room always has fresh linen and towels. The only complaint I have is sometimes the wifi is spotty but I stay in the area as well and my home wifi is spotty as well so it might just be that service provider.

No water in the pool. The microwave TV or refrigerator in the room wasn't working. The room was dirty very dirty. There was lots of badly patched holes in the walls. The breakfast was just a bunch of stale breads rasin brand and watered down waffle mix. The staff was rude and they double charged my ctedit card and attempt to charge it a third time but was flagged for fraud

Room was disgustingly gross. Dirty chairs , filthy walls , sheets was not purely white . Police running through the lobby arresting people . Everything was gross but i guess you get what you pay. This hotel should not be charging a deposit when the room is already nasty going in . I am not pleased and I will never book here again . Ewwwww eeyuuuckkkkk!!! The housekeeping team need to do better or whoever is in charge of the cleaniness of the rooms .
