Nasty, dirty, broken lamps, broken chipped walls, bed sheets dingy, stained, cigarette burns. Same with comforter, electric plugs didn't work for charging. 1 lamp was busted up and had nicotine dripping off it No plug for bath, got not 1 day of cleaning service. Took out my own bought my.owm bags,.I bought my own tp

We did not stay here. We got there and the place smelled of mildew, so bad it was actually hard to breathe. There was also pee in the toliet when we got there.... the lid was left up, no toliet paper, unflushed, with the bathroom lights left on. All they offered to do was clean it. The mold smell was not going away and I'm not quite sure how we're forgetting to flush the toilet or why it was used after being cleaned....

This place is horrible. The mattress pads had stains on them. The refrigerator was leaking water on the floor. The refrigerator smelled. We left immediately for another hotel. We asked the manager at the desk for a refund and he referred me to an email address to complain and ask for refund. I sent an email to complain and ask for a refund and I never received a response.
