Comfortable stay

Room was good. Would be great for a longer stay. A/c fan was too loud. Staff was very kind and helpful, always had a smile. Breakfast offerings were excellent, fresh, thoughtful. Would book again.

Beautiful landscaping. Disappointed that the guest printer was out of ink, but receptionist help get my boarding pass printed from the front desk. Glad to see that the stained sofas in the rooms have been replaced. It felt clean and fresh.

Last night was our first time staying here and we’ve stayed at several different hotels in Milwaukee over the years and I can say we will definitely be back here! Everyone working was so friendly, helpful and seemed like they genuinely enjoy their job which is hard to find these days. The room was spacious 2 queen beds and pullout couch and also had a full size fridge and dishwasher which would be nice if your staying for an extended period . Thr kids also loved the pool it was clean and water temp was perfect (Luke warm) . Also the continental breakfast was very good and had a good selection of foods.

Staff showed flexibility, changing us from one handicapped room to another one that better suited our needs. The breakfast was a little different than most, but in a good way generally. The gas field outside was a pleasant touch. Only complaint was that I didn't know about the $15 per night parking fee. Not unreasonable, but unexpected
