Stay was pleasant, breakfast in the restaurant was delicious, staff was excellent.
Strong negative was reaching hotel by phone to request shuttle. Spent 15 minutes outside in snowy, 10 degree weather and had to ask an airport employee to call hotel for us, because every time we tried to phone (and got frozen fingers in the process) we got an AI bot that did nothing but send us down menu tree hell. We could not reach a live person. Once the shuttle was summoned, driver was courteous and things went better, but was ready to write off all future Hilton visits earlier. Please change this.
