This is my third time staying there. these time the room was not clean and also we didn’t have hot water. We called the first night. They never showed up to check the hot water then they came then last night telling me if I wanted to switch room or if I wanted to take a shower in another room. Very disappointed.

Linens were clean but the trash had not been taken out prior to our arrival. The pool water was chilly and the walls between the rooms were thin. We could hear almost everything that was said in the suite that was next to ours.

The place seemed to really go downhill. They took out the whirlpool, $6 for 3 tablespoons of ice cream. Orange juice tasted watered down (anything to save a nickel). Ice tasted funny, got to wonder when the last time it was cleaned.
