Comfortable beds..would've liked an extra blanket. Bathroom floors and tub were slippery..did not appear to have vent fan so even more slippery. Not much counter space around the sink. Both mirror's were in the way. Toilet seat was wobbling when sat on. Couldn't set clock to correct time. 1 lamp light slowly burning out on main lamp. Staff was very friendly and gave us an extra hour since we checked in after midnight because of plane delays. Just wrote down thoughts for improvements going forward. Did not have breakfast either time we stayed because of flights. Really enjoyed the gentlemen on the shuttle ride to and from the airport!! 🤗

Check-in is at 3. I arrived at 3:45 and my room was not ready. The hotel wasn't even busy with a mostly empty parking lot. Not being able to check in set in motion a series of unfortunate events that could have been easily prevented. If you need a room promptly, look elsewhere. If you need a mediocre room and are flexible, this might work for you.

Decent not perfect

It was a little lack luster for the price. They do not have free breakfast. The staff is cery friendly and helpful. But there is a lack of detail. For the price its mediocre. The pool area was nice, but the bathroom in the area was covered mold. The hottub was dirty and the smell of chloride burned our eyes and throat. Unusable. The beds are very firm if you like that. Our bodywash bottle was empty and the room a little dusty. Overall i would say for the price it was just ok! With a little more attention to detail it could be great.

I paid for a suite. Called the front desk on the day of arrival to confirm I was coming. When I arrived they put us in a regular room with one queen bed. We had three people! The room was unclean. They wouldn't refund my money or even discount my room.

This might be one of the worst experiences I've had with a hotel property. We waited over 90 minutes in the lobby with other guests due to unprepared rooms and disorganized staff. When we finally received our key, the hallways outside of our room were unkempt, the space was barely cleaned, and the toilet was broken. We left within 30 minutes of walking into our room. Save yourself the frustration—stay elsewhere.
