Our room was great. My 12 year old had a long day of being at the hospital the morning after we stayed. His one want was a hotel with a pool and hot tub. Pool was cold and absolutely filthy. There were piles of sand by the steps. There were globs of hair floating around. Something that looked like food sitting on the bottom of the pool. The hot tub wasn't hot and the jets were so weak the water barely moved. So that was a bummer. But we would stay again with hopes it's better next time. It was a beautiful hotel

Weekend stay in the king jacuzzi suite.

They staff was all friendly. The hotel itself was pretty clean for the amount of traffic. The room was clean seem the turn over service did a decent job, but finding a charger cord near the bed side, and mini fridge being extremely messy from spills etc. This did have me concerned on what else may have been overlooked. The jacuzzi tub in our room was pretty clean and everything seemed yo have been previously wiped down. All worked as it should. I really wnjoyed our stay here and the breakfast seemed appropriate for a hotel. Also plenty of coffee to be found aroumd the front of house.

The staff and hotel itself was very nice. The pool was enjoyable for my kids and it was in a great location for our weekend events. Only things was, the room. Our suite smelled not great and the carpet should be replaced with the amount of stains that are all over it, just made it feel and look very dirty. Could of been just our room but that should be addressed.

Bathroom floors were gross. Put towels down to walk on. The bed was the worst thing I ever slept on. The breakfast was reheated all 4 days we were there. Had to get new door keys every day because they just quit working at random. Terrible experience!!

We weren’t able to try the hot tub because there were always 8 to 12 kids in it constantly. Apparently a family or multiple families decided to have pizza delivered and take over the whole pool area for themselves. We didn’t even get to go swimming, which was the main reason we got the reservation at this hotel.

Our first room we were given had not been cleaned at all, which sucks, but they fixed it and upgraded us to a better room which I was happy about. The pool and hot tub were great and the breakfast was good.
