The staff were pleasant and helpful. We were originally put in a room that was not clean but they quickly changed our room. The breakfast was good but there was only one person working and it was difficult for him to keep up. There was also a ton of roads closed around the hotel which made traffic challenging.

The pool was beautiful, and I had it all to myself! I think the parking fee was too much, perhaps you could let people know ahead of time? OR roll it into the cost of the room? The room was clean, and it was very quiet.

Charlotte, the front desk clerk was extremely helpful and friendly, she made our stay pleasant. The gym was cleaned and fairly well equipped. Even though we only have housekeeping twice in five nights, they did a pretty good job. All amenities were very nice. Very comfortable bed and pillows. It's a good place for short stays because it lacks closet space and drawers for clothes and garments.
