Staff was awesome - super friendly & kind. Check in / out process was a breeze. Our room was clean & comfortable. Decent selection for breakfast in the morning with options to have delivery from the restaurant in the Ambassador across the street. We'll be back!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were clean and neat. Room could use a little more detail to cleaning but was not so bad as to not come back. TV situation was terrible. Apple TV hooked up with other peoples accounts logged in. No local channels. Very had to navigate.

Everything was great. My only complaint was the check in process. The receptionist had confirmed with me the hold for the damage deposit was $50 a day. But placed a hold on my card for $100 a day plus the entire cost of the room. Which normally wouldn’t be an issue but I was splitting the cost with someone. I wasnt informed the room cost would be on hold as well. The hold being placed on my card left things pretty tight for the remainder of the trip.

They did not refer to themselves as a Ramada. Things were very basic and no frills. Area around the hotel was a little sketchy.

Won't even go into the hotel. It has nothing but corporations near by and it's one of the company building. Hard to find parking in the little lot they had to park. I didn't feel safe at all. I booked another hotel and lost my money due to it was too late for canceling. I wouldn't recommend staying. I would give it a one star but I really don’t know anything about the hotel.
