Luxury Apartment on Corso Buenos Aires, Downtown Milan

Welcome to our two-room apartment, located on the third floor of a building overlooking Corso Buenos Aires. The apartment is easily accessible from both airports (via shuttle buses and regular buses) and from the Central Station, which is a 5-minute walk away.
If you’d prefer to arrive right outside the apartment, simply get off at the LIMA subway stop (Red Line).
If you’re arriving by car, you’ll find a large paid parking lot just 2 minutes away.

Once inside, you’ll notice you’re in a building that’s now a rare and distinctive part of Milan’s history.
The apartment is located on the third floor, accessible by elevator or stairs.


The staff will be at your disposal 24 hours a day.

The apartment is perfect for travelers from all over the world. It’s very bright thanks to a balcony overlooking the street, offering a panoramic view of the city, soaking up the energy of Corso Buenos Aires, Milan’s most important shopping street.

Although it’s in the city center, you can enjoy peace and relaxation without being disturbed by outside noise, thanks to the soundproof windows. It also features air conditioning (heating/cooling).


LIVING AREA

The living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a double induction cooktop, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a sink, a kettle, a toaster, and a table where you can enjoy your meals. The area features a comfortable double sofa bed, where you can enjoy a movie or your favorite TV shows directly on the Smart TV (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube, Spotify).

If you’re traveling for business, you can browse the web easily and for free at high speeds thanks to the private Wi-Fi network.

BEDROOM

For a restful night’s sleep after a long day of shopping, sightseeing, or work, you’ll find a cozy bedroom complete with a double bed, a single bed, and a crib for children, ensuring maximum comfort even for our youngest guests.

There is also a double sofa bed where you can watch your favorite TV show and enjoy a good night’s rest.

WELCOME KIT

Inside the apartment, you’ll find a set of towels (large, medium, small) and a selection of shampoos.

BATHROOM

Inside, you’ll find a sink, shower, and toilet.

You’ll also find a washer-dryer to meet all your needs.

On the day of check-in, we’ll provide a set of three towels (large, medium, small) for each guest, along with a welcome kit—all included in the price.
