First of all, having to walk up 27 steps with luggage is not easy task for seniors. I suggest you are more clear about how to access the apartment. Once inside, we had an issue with the coffee pot. It was dirty! And it was replaced, thank you. I get that Italians like espresso, the size of th.e pot was so small we had to make one cup at a timewtime. The
