The location was great but the lobby was one of the most inhospitable entrances to a hotel I’ve ever encountered. No front desk. Complete mess. Wires hanging everywhere and completely disorganized. Would not recommend or return.

I have just returned from a 7 night stay and it was nothing short of wonderful. A great sized room in a fantastic location, you are literally minutes away from the shopping district and Duomo. A great breakfast was offered in the morning with a wide variety of choice. My room was spotless everyday and the toiletries offered were lovely. Whilst I could talk all day about location, great hotel etc, the real jeweles in the crown are the team at the hotel! The nicest, friendliest and most helpful bunch of people you could ever wish for - nothing was ever too much trouble for them. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and anyone. If I ever stay in Milan again this will be the only hotel for me!
