The apartment, located on the upper floor, has a rectangular layout. It is very bright. Both the kitchen and the bathroom have windows, while the bedroom and living room feature large double-pane windows.
You enter a spacious entryway where, on the right, there is a large living area with a sofa bed and a large window opening onto a small terrace. To the left is a spacious bedroom with an early 20th-century desk, ideal for a home office, and in the center, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances completes the apartment. Next is a spacious bathroom with a large shower. The entire apartment is the result of a very recent full renovation. The furnishings and appliances are new and modern.
