A cozy and bright 70-square-meter apartment, completely renovated and comfortable enough to accommodate up to 5 people. The apartment is located in the Baggio neighborhood, just a stone’s throw from the city park of the same name and a short distance from Parco delle Cave. It is also very close to the San Siro Stadium (8 minutes by car) and the Acquatica Park (5 minutes by car). It is also well-connected by bus to the Bisceglie stop on the red M1 subway line, which takes you directly to Piazza Duomo!



The apartment is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator: you’ll need to climb the stairs to access it.



The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING AREA with a sofa bed, dresser, TV, and dining table

- KITCHENETTE equipped with a gas stove, conventional oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, and electric kettle;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, dresser, and split A/C;

- BEDROOM II with two single beds, closet, and split A/C;

- BATHROOM (one step at the entrance) with toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- SMALL BALCONY.



Additional amenities available to guests: Independent heating, unlimited Wi-Fi, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, clothesline, ironing board, and iron.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system may be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

- From Milan’s Linate Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the M4 (blue) metro line to Porta Venezia; from there, take the M1 (red) metro line to Bisceglie. From Bisceglie, take bus 76 to the Via Qto Romano Via Roane stop, located 500 meters from the apartment.
