A flexible space that can be transformed into a workspace or an apartment for your leisure stays. Located in a strategic position just a few steps from Milan Cadorna station, the apartment is located inside a historic Milanese building and is characterized by industrial-style windows. The apartment has an independent entrance and guests can freely use all the spaces in the house. We want guests of Sant'Agnese SMART to feel at ease and live their experience to the fullest. Turning air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, Ministerial Decree 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not be less than 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C.
