Centrally located, only 10 minutes from the Cathedral. Helpful staff and good breakfast/coffee. Couple of things that could improve the room, somewhere in the bathroom to put your toiletries and the electric sockets were a bit awkward to use.

The Max Brown Hotel is a fine establishment and met expectations based and what is posted on the Hotels.com website. The hotel is well located in the center of Milan (although there is some temporary road construction near the hotel's front entrance which partially impedes easy access). The rooms are well appointed, but small, and the bathroom has poor lighting and a small shower. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfasts provided were quite good.

Lovely hotel in a very nice neighborhood. Easy walking distance from the Duomo, very close to the subway and trams. We found really nice restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Naomi at the reception took great care of us and had many good tips about places to go. Loved our stay. Thank you!

The aircondition is not strong enough, so expect to sleep in 27 degrees heat during the summer. Moreover, the it is not possible to take a hot shower as no rooms has hot water in the shower (we were moved between three different roms). Overall, I wouldn't recommend Max Brown as basic facilities don't work and it is too expensive (375 EUR per night for us)
