The space

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator.

The interior is arranged on two levels:

-> LOWER LEVEL:

- LIVING AREA with a double sofa bed, a desk, a TV, and an open-concept kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, moka pot, and electric kettle;

- BATHROOM with bidet and shower stall;

-> UPPER LEVEL (accessed via an internal staircase from the living room):

- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed on the loft; PLEASE NOTE: the loft is 1.6 meters high.



Additional amenities available to guests: unlimited Wi-Fi, A/C (1 split unit), washing machine, inverter-controlled heating, iron and ironing board.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
